If you do need to reschedule a cleaning appointment, you can do so by sending us a message via email at contact@tidyworkscleaning.com, text message, or phone call at (208) 917-1353. We do accept voicemails for rescheduling. Just let us know forty-eight (48) hours in advance!
We understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to rearrange your schedule to accommodate life's sudden changes. If you find yourself in a situation that requires you to reschedule your cleaning appointment, no problem! Simply let us know as soon as possible, preferably within forty-eight (48) hours of your cleaning, so we can help your cleaner maintain a full schedule. We’re all human, and we understand that crummy things happen from time to time. Our cleaners work hard to make sure your home sparkles from top to bottom and we work diligently to keep their schedules full so that they are able to help support their families. To protect our cleaners income, if you don’t provide us adequate notice that you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning on more than one (1) occasion, we will charge 50% of your booked cleaning as a cancellation fee.
On the flip side, if Tidy Works Home Cleaning needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment with you, we’ll provide you with as much notice as possible but strive to notify you twenty-four (24) hours ahead of your cleaning appointment. If we fail to provide you with twenty-four (24) hours notice, we’ll provide you an account credit for a free cleaning.
